Precept Wine is the largest privately owned wine company in the Northwest. We’re seamlessly integrated to run our own vineyards, wineries, and world-class tasting rooms. Currently, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to fill an immediate opening for a Dishwasher at our Waterbrook Winery Tasting Room in Walla Walla, WA. The Dishwasher reports directly to the Tasting Room Manager.The Dishwasher plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient tasting room environment. This position ensures all glassware, dishes, and kitchen tools are properly cleaned and sanitized to support daily operations and events, while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, dishes, utensils, and equipment Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Ensure a steady supply of clean glassware and service items for guests and staff Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards Assist with general cleaning duties including floors, counters, and waste disposal Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low Support team members with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed Assist with setup and breakdown of events as required Follow all company safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth daily operations Complete tasks as assigned by your direct supervisorDesired Skills And Requirements Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to lift items up to 40 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability to work weekends and evenings, especially during eventsBenefit Eligible Employees are automatically enrolled in three (3) company paid plans:$30,000.00 Basic Employee Life & AD&D InsuranceLong Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance PlanThe following additional benefits can be purchased for benefit eligible employees:Medical PPO or HSA InsuranceDental PPO w/ or w/o Orthodontic Coverage InsuranceVoluntary Short Term Disability InsuranceAdditional Life & AD&D InsuranceCommuter/Parking BenefitsVision Insurance (Company Paid)ALL Employees Are Granted9 Days of Holiday Designated PTOSick/Vacation PTO Accrual (if eligible)401k Retirement Services (if eligible)This position will average over 32 hours per week for full-time.Precept Wine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
