Ops Process Analyst

The Operations Process Analyst is accountable for leading the identification of process improvement initiatives, developing and reviewing key performance indicators, implementing best practices throughout operations, and developing operation tools to drive improvement. The candidate will perform a complete analysis of the movement of people, process, and products throughout Operations and monitor current performance, measure and analyze gaps, and develop and implement process improvements.AccountabilitiesCollects relevant data from a variety of resources (e.g. database, process interviews, etc.,) and compares with current state and recommends improvement. Builds professional and useful reports, graphics, and workflow charts to identify performance and process improvement opportunities for potential implementation.Applies best practice knowledge to build lean, efficient and effective operating processes throughout Operations.Reviews existing processes and makes suggestions for improvement to ensure processes are efficient and flexible to support business and technology requirements.Assists in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure efficient workflow and develops solutions to those initiatives by identifying requirements in a work flowchart and diagram, studying system capabilities, and analyzing alternative solutions.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in related field (e.g. Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business) is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
