Senior Planner/Scheduler

This role provides expert planning and scheduling leadership across all project phases — from design through construction and grand opening. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering complex, high-impact projects on time, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of project scheduling processes, tools, and deliverablesDevelop comprehensive implementation strategies and integrate master schedules across design, vendors, production, and construction disciplinesLead project schedule reporting and planning sessions with all levels of project and organizational managementCoordinate with contractors, project team members, and systems planners to develop and integrate activity durations and logic sequencesMonitor project progress, evaluate risks, and present recovery and mitigation plans to support turnover and opening schedulesLead manpower loading and resource analysis; develop and track earned man-hour progress curvesPrepare schedule reporting specifications for contract bid packages and determine schedule milestones and key datesConduct site walks and support field-level planning activitiesPerform earned value analysis as required and provide management presentations and progress reportsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent work experienceMinimum 6 years of engineering/construction planning and scheduling and/or themed entertainment planning/coordination experienceAt least 6 years of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling experience; proficiency in Primavera P6 strongly preferredAt least 6 years of construction, production, and/or design experience, including work with large general contractors (e.g., hotels, shopping centers)Demonstrated experience with pull planning methodologiesSolid understanding of project controls applications and earned value measurementExperience integrating multiple project scopes: engineering, facility design, themed entertainment, and show installationAbility to perform site walks and work in field environmentsPreferred Qualifications5–10 years of total planning/scheduling experienceIndustry-relevant certifications or completed course studies (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE)Prior experience as a Lead Project Planner/SchedulerPrior supervisory experience of junior planning/scheduling staffBackground in theme parks, cruise lines, major resorts, or show/ride product linesWhy Join Francison Consulting, Inc.?Competitive salary plus a comprehensive benefits packageWork on exciting, high-profile projects including theme parks, major resorts, and immersive entertainment venuesAccelerate your career with opportunities for growth, leadership, and professional developmentJoin a collaborative, close-knit team of industry experts who support each other and celebrate wins together
