Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator

Brief DescriptionAs an R&M Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for the physical health and operational efficiency of our property portfolio. You’ll act as the bridge between stores, property managers, and service providers, ensuring that maintenance requests are handled swiftly and routine upkeep is never missed. Your goal is to protect the long-term value of our assets by managing day-to-day repairs, and implementing proactive maintenance programs. This is a fast-paced role that requires a blend of technical troubleshooting, budget management, and exceptional communication to keep our properties safe, functional, and tenant-ready.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Manage repair and maintenance activities for multiple retail store locations in Service Channel platform. Coordinate with store managers and mall management to address facility issues. Manage and engage with various 3rd party vendors across multiple trades. Dispatch vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. Ensure prompt resolution of urgent issues (e.g., flooding, equipment failure, safety concerns), through timely follow-up and coordination. Review and approve minor repair estimates in alignment with budget guidelines. Track and report on maintenance trends and recurring issues across locations. Assist in vendor performance evaluations and maintain preferred vendor lists. Ensure compliance with company standards and mall/landlord requirements. Maintain policy and procedural changes as needed.
