HR Business Partner

You should be comfortable balancing day-to-day HR responsibilities with big-picture thinking, leading projects, and serving as a trusted resource to managers.Requirements:• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred• HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM highly desirable• Strong understanding of employment laws, safety practices, and compliance in a manufacturing environment• Experience supporting leadership with coaching, organizational development, and workforce planning• Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate change, and maintain confidentiality• Approximately 25% local travel to plant locationsPerks and Benefits:• Competitive salary up to $90K with bonus opportunities• Weekly travel reimbursement• Opportunities for professional development and growth• Supportive, team-focused workplaceKey Responsibilities:• Oversee daily HR operations including benefits, HRIS updates, recognition programs, and process efficiency improvements• Lead full-cycle recruitment: interviewing, updating job descriptions, coordinating screenings, and managing onboarding• Serve as an employee relations resource by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, guiding corrective actions, and supporting performance management and training• Lead strategic HR initiatives such as HR project management, payroll/bonus reviews, unemployment claims, HR analytics, reporting, and employee engagement efforts• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
