Unit NotesNeeds to have Outpt experience- , must be experienced in outpatient therapy adults, including neuro conditions and post-surgical.POSITION SUMMARYPlans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and adapt to possible disability following disease, injury, or loss of body parts. Maintains confidentiality.QUALIFICATIONSRequired: Current Oregon licensure as a Occupational Therapist or eligibility and evidence of application for licensure; Possess or be able to obtain current driver's license, or be able to provide an acceptable alternative; Computer literacy skills.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:__ Under valid ordering provider orders, provides diagnostic and therapy services with appropriate professional judgment for skilled care.__ Participates in the identification and referral of patients through screening, informal evaluations and communication with other persons.__ Re-evaluates skilled needs, modifies treatment plans, and prepares discharge summaries as warranted.__ Prepares and maintains written and electronic documentation as required for the profession and the department in a timely manner, including billing, evaluation reports, treatment plans and daily progress notesVivPost
