Position: Parking Lot AttendantJob SummaryThe Parking Attendant will play a vital role in creating a First-Class Guest Experience for all guests. This position helps ensure the smooth and efficient flow of traffic into and out of designated parking areas around State Farm Stadium. This role involves providing friendly, helpful service, offering direction, and ensuring safe and organized lot operations. This Position will be outdoors working in all weather conditions.What You Will Be DoingQuickly and efficiently guide guests using hand signals or lighted poles in and out of parking locations.Assist guests with accurate directions, event information, or obtaining answers to any guest inquiries. The Parking Ambassador will assist with setting up or breaking down specific equipment in their lot, which may include barricades, signs, cones, or other equipment in compliance with the traffic management program. Monitor parking lot activity and escalate any concerns to parking leads if necessary.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
