Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the negotiation and support of various commercial contracts throughout the entire lifecycle Oversee and manage commercial tickets within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system Manage and optimize the integration between the CLM system and Salesforce, ensuring efficient contract tracking and reportingRequired QualificationsLocated in North America Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of experience with CLM and CRM systems, contract management, or legal operations Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating standard commercial contracts Familiarity with high growth private companies and a dynamic technology environment
