We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel.This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs)Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflowsBuild unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI)Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital)Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systemsLead code reviews, and delivery executionMandatory SkillsStrong hands-on: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integrations (REST/SOAP)Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – MandatoryBanking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)Salesforce Data 360 / Data CloudAgentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI)Omni-Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity)Preferred SkillsMuleSoft / integration experienceCI/CD tools (Autorabit,Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)Salesforce security & complianceCertifications (Preferred)Salesforce Platform Developer I/IIFSC Accredited ProfessionalData Cloud / AI certificationsIdeal CandidateFSC SME with strong development backgroundExperience in banking digital transformation programsProven ability to lead teams + deliver hands-on solutionsStrong stakeholder communication skillsNoteOnly candidates with Banking + FSC + hands-on Salesforce + AI/Data experience will be consideredImmediate joiners / short notice preferred
