Experienced Analyst Harris Williams will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. We are seeking an Experienced Analyst (2-3 years experience) to join our Capital Solutions team within our Private Capital Advisory Group, based in our New York City office. The Analyst works closely with the Capital Solutions team to advise sponsors and their portfolio companies on an array of GP-led secondary solutions and junior capital placements. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
