This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and grinders to manufacture automotive parts.Load raw materials and configure machine settings based on job specifications.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.Perform tooling and insert changes, offset adjustments, and program loading.Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality.Conduct inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.Document production runs, quality checks, and machine maintenance logs.Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to troubleshoot issues.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or GED required; AS in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum 13 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming interfaces.Ability to read both Metric and English measurement systems.Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.Knowledge of automation and welding is a plus.Why Work Here?Enjoy a great environment with excellent working hours, offering a balance between professional and personal life.Work EnvironmentFast-paced automotive production facility with exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery.
