L.E.A.D. Program – Leadership, Engagement and Development programDavidson Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Leadership, Engagement and Development (L.E.A.D.) program! This program is designed to teach individuals the skills necessary to succeed in the automotive industry and put them on a path towards success and future leadership.During your time here, you will progress through various departments and gain valuable insight into our operations, processes, and customer service practices. This role will enable you to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead within Davidson Auto Group.Once you learn and develop the necessary skills to lead within our organization, you’ll be eligible for a leadership position with a potential salary up to and over $100,000!Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000/yr, based on experience and/or educationHours: 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - FridayResponsibilities:Provide excellent customer service.
