Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Lafayette, IN. In this role, the representative will support customers by handling inquiries, processing sales orders, and offering product recommendations. Responsibilities also include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with team members and customers to deliver exceptional service. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Inside Sales and Lead GenerationStrong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExperience with Account Management and maintaining professional relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a team and independentlyProficiency in using sales-related software or CRM tools is a plusPrevious experience in HVACR or related industries is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is preferred
