Generate leads through face-to-face interactions, phone outreach, and social media Perform in-field marketing in neighborhoods near current and past projects Identify potential storm-related damage and educate homeowners on available services Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve results Represent Porter Roofing & Restoration with professionalism, integrity, and confidence Learn, grow, and take advantage of advancement opportunities within the company What We’re Looking For Valid Driver’s License Willingness to travel locally Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills Good time management and organization Customer service experience (preferred, not required) Ability to handle objections and stay positive Optimistic, driven mindset with a strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive hourly base pay + uncapped commissions Performance-based bonuses Paid in-office and field training with ongoing education W-2 employment Clear paths into sales and/or management roles Supportive, fast-paced, team-oriented culture Ready to Get Started?
