Located in Princeton, IN, we pride ourselves on building a versatile, high-performing team that delivers quality and quick turnaround across industries like mining, defense, and cement.Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Technician supports production operations across both the machine shop and weld shop (P&H). This cross-functional role is responsible for machine setup, part finishing, material handling, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Technicians are trained to work in both areas and may be assigned based on production needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up machines using work orders, blueprints, and engineering specificationsInstall and adjust tooling, chucks, and fixturesPerform finishing processes including deburring, sandblasting, shot peening, and paintingLoad, unload, and move materials using forklifts or overhead cranesPackage parts for shipment and maintain material flow between departmentsMaintain cleanliness and organization of shop and work areasPerform basic equipment maintenance and report issues as neededFollow all safety, quality, and company proceduresDocument production activities and communicate effectively between shiftsWhat We're Looking ForStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentTeam-oriented with strong attention to detailWillingness to be cross-trained across multiple departmentsAbility to follow instructions, blueprints, and safety proceduresQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredManufacturing or industrial experience preferredCNC or machine setup experience is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbsAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, reaching, lifting)Work EnvironmentManufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, temperature changes, and airborne particles.Growth OpportunityThis role offers hands-on experience across multiple manufacturing processes with opportunities for skill development and advancement.Additional InformationMust be authorized to work in the United StatesDuties may change based on business needsBenefits Include:Paid vacation and holidaysHealth and Vision insuranceCompany-paid Dental insuranceCompany-paid Life and Disability insuranceRetirement benefitsOptional Wellness benefit
