Program and Ministry Operations Director

The Simple Room, a faith-based nonprofit serving youth in Greenville, IL since 1983, is seeking a passionate and organized leader to join our team as our Program and Ministry Operations Director (PMOD).This role is at the heart of our mission—empowering young people to be disciples of Jesus Christ through holistic development. The PMOD partners closely with the Executive Director to lead student programming, support daily operations, and cultivate meaningful volunteer engagement—all within a Christ-centered environment.We’re looking for someone who: • Has a strong, personal Christian faith and can clearly articulate it • Is passionate about youth development and discipleship • Thrives in both leadership and behind-the-scenes operations • Can build systems, lead programs, and inspire volunteers • Brings a spirit of service, collaboration, and excellenceFrom overseeing after-school programs and summer initiatives to equipping volunteers and strengthening ministry systems, this role plays a key part in shaping the lives of students and the strength of our organization.💼 Compensation & Benefits: • Salary range: $40,000 – $45,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401(k) with employer matching📍 Full-time | Greenville, IL 📅 Year-round position with after-school and summer programming involvementIf you (or someone you know) feel called to this kind of work, we would love to connect.👉 Submit resumes to: laura@simpleroom.org
