Java DeveloperJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Software Engineer to join a dynamic Technology team supporting Client Technology and Data & Analytics initiatives within the investment management domain.This team is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of technical platforms that enable client billing operations, financial close support, AUM & flows reporting, client reporting, analytics, and other strategic technology initiatives. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, performance, resilience, and long-term growth.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack, including frontend, middle tier, backend, data engineering, and cloud-based systems. You will help build and maintain distributed, data-intensive applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain distributed, data-intensive systems and applicationsWork with technologies such as Java, Python, Angular, Snowflake, and related frameworksLead the design, implementation, and support of applications supporting billing and AUM & flows reportingDesign, build, and maintain ETL pipelines ensuring data integrity and consistencyDevelop user-friendly frontend interfaces and intuitive user experiencesBuild and manage APIs, server-side logic, and database schemasEngineer and maintain data pipelines from source systems into SnowflakePartner with analytics and data science teams to deliver clean and reliable data for reporting and AI/ML initiativesEnsure performance, security, and reliability of applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new featuresParticipate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standardsRequired QualificationsStrong ability to manage multiple functions and initiativesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with modern software engineering across frontend, backend, and data platformsSelf-driven mindset with curiosity, initiative, and ownershipProven experience as a Full Stack Developer / Software EngineerTypically 9+ years of relevant experience
