If so, the SC Department of Social Services has the right job opportunity for you!Job Duties:The County Admin Support Specialist II perform general social work duties related to the administration of the SNAP and TANF program in the Economic Services Division in the Greenville County office to help restore or improve customer financial stability.Assist Clients that come into the office with questions about their case, responsible for opening mail and incoming faxes, scanning, and assigning those items correctly, also available to answer the phone to assist clients with questions when they call in, to inquire about our services.Must register all recertifications and applications that come into the office the same day or by noon the following day they are received. Answer switchboard calls and transfer to appropriate area of service.Ensure that personal identifying information (PII) is properly used, accessed, gathered, shared and disposed in order to protect the agency networks and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment and data.Keep lobby forms stocked, check drop box mail 3 times daily, sort, date stamp and distribute mail. Perform Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.Perform related duties as required.Minimum and Additional RequirementsA High School Diploma and two (2) years of clerical experience.
