This role focuses on supporting digital asset investment strategies through in-depth research, portfolio analysis, and market intelligence. You will evaluate crypto projects, analyze market trends, and contribute to investment decision-making across a diversified portfolio of digital assets.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, crypto-native, and interested in understanding both market dynamics and long-term investment opportunities across blockchain ecosystems.Responsibilities • Conduct research on cryptocurrency projects, protocols, and digital asset ecosystems • Analyze tokenomics, fundamentals, and competitive positioning of investment opportunities • Monitor portfolio performance, allocation, and risk exposure • Identify new investment opportunities across DeFi, Layer 1/Layer 2, and emerging sectors • Track key metrics such as TVL, user growth, liquidity, and protocol activity • Produce investment memos, research reports, and market updates • Support portfolio management decisions and strategy discussions • Stay up to date with market trends, narratives, and macro developments • Collaborate with team members on research and investment initiativesQualifications • Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets and digital asset investing • Good understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems • Experience in investment analysis, research, or finance-related roles is preferred • Ability to evaluate projects and synthesize complex information into clear insights • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Good written communication and reporting skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environmentPreferred Qualifications • Experience in crypto investing, venture capital, or portfolio analysis • Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Glassnode) • Understanding of portfolio construction and risk management • Basic knowledge of data tools (Excel, SQL, or Python) • Background in finance, economics, or a related fieldBenefits • Fully remote work environment (France-based) • Opportunity to work within a digital asset investment/fund structure • Exposure to early-stage and liquid crypto investment opportunities • Collaborative and performance-driven team culture • Opportunities for professional growth in crypto investingCompensation Salary range: €85,000 - €100,000 per year depending on experience Performance-based bonuses and potential profit-sharing may also be available
