A nationally recognized litigation practice based in Cleveland is seeking a 4–6 year associate with experience in complex commercial disputes, particularly construction and real estate litigation. This role offers hands-on involvement in high-stakes matters across multiple jurisdictions and direct collaboration with experienced trial lawyers.Responsibilities include:Representing contractors, owners, developers, lenders, and sureties in commercial and construction disputesManaging all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial/arbitration preparationHandling matters involving construction defects, delay claims, bond claims, mechanic’s liens, competitive bid disputes, and related contract issuesSupporting mediation, arbitration, and risk mitigation strategiesThis is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking meaningful responsibility, sophisticated client work, and long-term growth in a dynamic commercial and construction litigation practice.
