This role goes beyond traditional business operations—focusing on designing and implementing automation, workflows, and AI-driven solutions that enable the organization to operate efficiently at scale.This individual will act as the architect of the business operations for the Agentforce Process Automation & Intelligence, partnering closely with Strategy & Operations, Product, and Sales to eliminate manual processes and drive high-leverage, system-based solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild the Operating System of the BusinessDesign and implement scalable systems, workflows, and automation that enable efficient business operationsIdentify manual processes and replace them with automated, AI-driven solutionsDevelop and own the roadmap for operational systems and toolingLead AI & Automation InitiativesApply AI-first principles to business operations, including the use of agent-based workflows and intelligent automationIdentify high-impact opportunities to deploy AI to improve speed, accuracy, and scalabilityPartner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core workflowsOwn Data, Reporting & Decision InfrastructureBuild and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systemsEnable real-time visibility into business performanceEliminate manual reporting and streamline decision-making processesDrive Cross-Functional System DesignPartner with Strategy & Ops to translate business needs into scalable system solutionsWork closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to design workflows that support growthEnsure systems support alignment and execution across teamsQualifications6–10+ years of experience in technical operations, systems design, business operations, or similar rolesProven ability to design and implement automation, workflows, or AI-enabled solutions to solve business problemsStrong technical aptitude (e.g., experience with automation tools, data systems, APIs, or AI tools)Experience building scalable reporting systems and data infrastructureAbility to translate business problems into system-based solutionsStrong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindsetComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsUnleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 - $273,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $180,200 - $298,400 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
