Site Lead - Overnight (Community Living)
Summary The Overnight Site Lead provides active overnight oversight and real-time support across assigned residential sites to ensure health, safety, documentation compliance and staff readiness – while serving as a visible accountability present during overnight hours.

Essential Job Responsibilities Conduct scheduled and unscheduled overnight rounds across assigned homes
Review daily notes and overnight documentation in real time or same shift
Provide immediate coaching to staff on note quality and timeliness
Verify overnight staff are trained for the individuals they are supporting
Assist with overnight shift coverage when necessary
Monitor call-in line for DSP working overnight shifts
Identify trends and recurring issues
Perform other duties as necessary or assigned
Requirements Ability to learn and effectively utilize identified computer software applications to accomplish tasks.
Ability to read, comprehend, interpret and apply information from general procedures, instructions, data and reports.
Oral/written communication skills to clearly and effectively express thoughts and ideas.
Ability to positively participate as an effective team member.
Ability to understand and implement changes, as directed, in anticipation of events and circumstances.
Customer service, negotiation and networking skills to support individuals served in desired services.
Education And Experience Must be 18 years of age or over.
High school diploma, GED or HSE
Prefer 6 months of work experience in a human services field and/or experience with individuals with disabilities.
