CRM Systems Administrator
What You’ll DoOwn and support CRM systems (data integrity, workflows, automation, user support)Manage and optimize departments automation processes and system integrationsMaintain and improve internal and broker-facing platformsMonitor and analyze campaign and system performance metricsEnsure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process standardizationSupport system enhancements, troubleshooting, and basic technical needsPartner cross-functionally with different departments to align systems and processesIdentify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability across workflowsWhat We’re Looking For5-7+ years of experience in CRM Administration, Business Systems, or similar rolesHands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, or similar)Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and process optimizationAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insightsStrong organizational and project management skillsComfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environmentsSolid communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPlease also note that this is a 100% onsite role based in our Orlando, FL office.
