Located in Orange, CA, we pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional results.Role DescriptionSPMDesign seeks a full-time Graphic Production Specialist to join our team in Orange, CA. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and finalizing high-quality print and digital designs, preparing files for production, managing pre-press processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects meet creative and technical requirements. The candidate will play a key role in delivering visually compelling solutions aligned with client visions.QualificationsProficiency in Print Production and Pre-press processes, ensuring print-ready files of the highest qualityExperience in Graphics and Graphic Design with a strong eye for detail and aesthetic compositionSkill in Print Design, including knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principlesStrong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in relevant design and production software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with fabrication and installation processes is a plusBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experienceHourly Range (Based on Experience) $34.00 - $40.00 per hour.
