Woodbury Villa, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!Woodbury Villa is in Woodbury, MN right next door to Woodbury Senior High School. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years in our gorgeous apartment style communities providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Our Maintenance Technicians become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience in health care is preferred.2-C Boiler's License preferred.
