We are committed to safety, efficiency, and delivering high-quality results across complex industrial and commercial projects.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Demolition Supervisor to lead field operations on demolition and dismantling projects. This role is responsible for overseeing crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating project activities, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily demolition site operations and crew activitiesEnsure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and environmental standardsPlan and execute demolition strategies, including sequencing and equipment usageConduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety meetings (toolbox talks)Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality of workCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clientsMaintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentationOversee equipment use, maintenance, and material handlingManage workforce scheduling, training, and performanceRespond quickly to on-site issues, emergencies, or changes in scopeQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (construction-related degree or certification preferred)5+ years of experience in demolition, construction, or related field2+ years of supervisory or leadership experienceStrong knowledge of demolition methods, heavy equipment, and site safety practicesFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standardsAbility to read blueprints, project plans, and technical documentsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid drivers license (CDL preferred, if applicable)Preferred CertificationsOSHA 30-Hour CertificationFirst Aid/CPR CertificationEquipment operation certifications (excavators, cranes, etc.)Work EnvironmentOutdoor construction/demolition sites with exposure to weather conditionsPhysically demanding work, including walking, climbing, and liftingMay require travel and extended hours depending on project needsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and holidaysCareer growth and advancement opportunities
