Our mission is to ensure that every B2B company worldwide can easily manage and receive payments, overcoming the challenges of interoperability between financial platforms.Were looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to help drive new business and expand our presence in the US market. Youll play a key role in managing the full sales cycle, working with a supportive team, and helping us refine our sales approach as we continue to grow.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both selling and building someone whos excited to close deals, contribute ideas, and work collaboratively across teams to improve our product, messaging, and sales execution.
What Youll Do:
Identify potential customers and run the end-to-end sales process.
Prioritize leads.
Partner with our sales and marketing teams to define and execute our sales strategy.
Build relationships with customers.
Attend conferences and promote our brand.
Manage the pipeline and accurately reflect the probability of close
Monitor performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and results.
Work with our Product team and Account Managers to identify gaps in our solutions.
Leverage your excellent storytelling ability to shape strategic pitches and client engagements to the next level.

SaaS Background: Strong experience in SaaS companies/startups, understanding industry trends, and scaling products.
US Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the US market, including customer behaviors and competition.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive revenue growth, close deals, and build client relationships.
Networking: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conferences and events.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating uncertainty and adjusting strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience (5+ years of quota-carrying experience) in a new-revenue role and a strong track record of closing deals
Relevant Bachelor Degree
Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their own learning and success
Excellent communication and storytelling skills (verbal & written) with the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on clients
Nice to Have:
Proven experience in the payments industry / Fintech company
Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong project management and organization with the ability to independently lead and manage complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Flexible, based on business needs and time zones
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel (510%) for conferences and customer meetings
