Key ResponsibilitiesConduct targeted market research and competitive analysis to support business development strategies Assist in preparing high-quality proposals, pitches, and RFP responses, including drafting content and highlighting key differentiators Support execution of short- and long-term business development initiatives and campaigns Coordinate and draft submissions for legal directories and awards (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, etc.) Manage and maintain internal tracking systems, including pitch trackers, experience databases, and marketing collateral libraries Assist with client outreach initiatives, webinars, sponsorships, and events Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals Support ad hoc marketing and business development projects as needed Required Skills & QualificationsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and synthesize insights Ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders, including partners and clients Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in business development or marketing within professional services (law firm experience preferred) Familiarity with legal marketing, proposals, and directory submissions is a plus Fluency in French is preferred Work Environment & BenefitsHybrid work schedule (minimum 3 days in-office) Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and parental leave Commuter and childcare support Disability insurance
