This hands-on role is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user hardware, network connectivity, and peripheral devices to ensure plant operations run without interruption. As part of this commitment, we offer:PPO medical, dental and vision insurance for our employees AND their dependents, 100% paid by the CompanyA cell phone stipendAnnual discretionary bonus401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance and moreRESPONSIBILITIESSet up, configure, and image desktop and laptop computers for new and existing usersInstall, configure, and troubleshoot networked and local printers and peripheral devicesTroubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi connectivity issues for end-user devices and plant floor equipmentSupport and troubleshoot IP camera systems and video surveillance connectivityPerform hardware break/fix tasks including component replacement and equipment swapsMaintain accurate records of hardware assets, configurations, and support tickets in the ITSM platformProvide Tier 1 helpdesk support to facility staff, escalating issues to the Network Support Manager or Shared Services team when neededAssist with cabling, patch panel organization, and basic network closet upkeepSupport onboarding of new employees with workstation setup and basic system accessMaintain inventory of IT consumables, spare hardware, and peripheral stockFollow IT security policies, acceptable use standards, and change management proceduresSupport periodic IT projects as directed, including infrastructure upgrades and equipment refreshesResponsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks not specifically mentionedQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferredAt least 1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate or industrial environmentWorking knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop, Windows Server, enterprise network gearFamiliarity with TCP/IP networking fundamentals, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and DHCP/DNS basicsExperience setting up and troubleshooting printers, cameras, and peripheral devicesStrong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work independentlyClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a manufacturing/plant environment, including standing, lifting equipment, and working in a warehouse settingExperience in a food & beverage manufacturing, co-packing or warehouse environment preferredExposure to IP camera systems (Meraki, Hanwha, or similar) preferredFamiliarity with ITSM ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar) preferredOUR VALUESOur company's culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
