It addresses challenges in healthcare accessibility and effectiveness through coordinated services and support while offering flexible work arrangements that may include remote, hybrid, field, or office-based schedules.About the Opportunity:The Vendor Coordinator manages communication and coordination between vendors and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of vendor inquiries and effective service delivery. This role supports vendor compliance and performance monitoring, conducts audits, assists with reporting, and identifies opportunities to improve processes. The position plays an important role in maintaining effective vendor relationships and ensuring vendor activities align with organizational standards.Responsibilities:• Serve as a direct liaison between vendors and internal departments.• Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries and requests.• Complete authorization entries for vendor services when applicable.• Monitor SharePoint, fax queues, and assigned work queues and address issues as needed.• Assist with vendor report preparation and review compliance reporting for accuracy and completeness.• Prepare and review vendor audit universes for submission.• Conduct audits of vendor activities to assess compliance and performance.• Participate in Joint Operating Committee meetings with vendors.• Gather, analyze, and report vendor performance metrics.• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of approved enhancements.• Maintain accurate documentation related to vendor activities, audits, and performance.• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Requirements:• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.• Associate’s degree in a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Minimum 1 year of experience in vendor administration, utilization management operations administration, office administration, or a related field.• Willingness and ability to work during Eastern Time business hours.• Ability to travel occasionally to New Hampshire.• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reporting.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Hourly pay range of $19.43–$32.98, with compensation adjusted based on experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors.Equal Opportunity Statement:Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
