Insurance Analyst

Job Description: Supporting data gathering, cleansing, and preparation for upload into Riskonnect (policies, claims, exposure schedules)Assisting with data migration, validation, and reconciliation against source documents and legacy spreadsheetsHelping configure and test: o Insurance policy records and coverage details o Claims intake, tracking, and lifecycle workflows o User roles, permissions, and basic reportingParticipating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and documenting issues, defects, and enhancement requestsSupporting creation of system documentation, job aids, and basic training materialsActing as a point of coordination between internal users and the Riskonnect implementation team for testing feedback and issue resolutionRequirements: 2–4 years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance, accounting, or a related analytical roleFamiliarity with commercial insurance concepts (property, casualty, claims)Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and structured informationAbility to follow defined processes while identifying data quality issues or inconsistenciesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a contract environment
