Job DescriptionJob Title: Enrollment Technician II (Onsite)Client: Health Care IndustryDuration: 6 months contract roleLocation: Washington DC 20065General InformationPurpose:The Enrollment Technician II is responsible for the accurate and timely enrollment of members into the client's systems, particularly for complex accounts. This role involves coordination with various stakeholders, including client account contacts, subscribers, sales, underwriting, finance, IT associates, and others in the Account Installation Division.Essential Functions:70% Enrollment Management:Enroll subscribers and dependents via fax, mail, or email for complex accounts. Verify enrollment status, make changes to membership records, resolve system discrepancies, process terminations, and other enrollment events. Perform monthly reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly. 20% Coordination:Work with the Account Installation Team to ensure that member identification cards are not released until all enrollment updates are completed and audited. Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure group enrollments are processed before running the monthly bill. 10% Training Assistance:Assist with initial training for new hires and provide training refreshers for existing staff. Qualifications:Education:High School Diploma or GEDExperience:3 years of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, and/or data analysisPreferred Qualifications:Effective teamwork skillsAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesComprehension of client accounts, process flow diagrams, and health insurance enrollment softwareProficiency in managing large amounts of member enrollment data with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelAdditional Requirements:Immediate disclosure of any debarment or exclusion affecting eligibility for Federal health care programsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlinesEffective communication and positive customer service skills, including handling demanding or challenging customers#ZRCompany DescriptionAs a leading contract, contract-to-hire and professional placement firm, Three Point Solution understands the importance of aligning our client with the right resource at the right time.
