1 year experience as BDA employee
ScopeEntry level role into BDA leadership
Qualified candidates must be interested in advancing to a team lead role.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to identify and implement standard work initiatives to deliver sustainable results
Uses learnings to provide continuous improvements to processes and procedures
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and shares best practices
Demonstrated ability to implement high standards to inventory control processes
Must be approachable and influence peers to perform their role at the agreed upon benchmarks
Ability to articulate both written and verbally to all stakeholders, across multiple shifts and departments
Demonstrated ability to pivot to tasks as priorities in the business change
Trains employees how to solve problems
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Must be detail oriented
