The program provides reps with the necessary tools, skills, and experiences to build a solid foundation within the professional sports industry.This is a seasonal, part-time role located at Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta. Role & Responsibilities:Recover past-due PSL and Season Ticket payments from clientsIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve unusual/adverse situations and make sound judgement decisions based on available factsProactively communicate with Season Ticket Members to determine needs and become experts on the products and services offeredManage records within Archtics and CRM ticketing systemsAssist various departments on gamedays to develop further insight and skillset within the AMBSE familyExpectations:60+ touchpoints daily30-hour work week, ability to work home gamesPunctualityMeet weekly goals set by managementMaintain positive demeanor, team spirit and professionalism at all timesAttend and contribute at meetingsThis is an in-person position expected to work at Mercedes-Benz StadiumRequired Skills:Customer service orientedAbility to produce timely results with a sense of urgencyUse of sound judgement and problem-solving skillsUphold a high level of organization and attention to detailBe flexible and adaptable to changeEducational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Sales/Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred
