Sr. Maintenance Technician

**About the Role***This is a full-time position and on-site.As a CBRE Senior Maintenance Technician, you will beresponsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, Industrialsystems, and equipment.This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Servicesjob function. They are responsible for providing support, Preventivemaintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.**What you'll do**+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.+ Working knowledge of roll-up doors, dock doors, automatic doors, and pedestrian doors is preferred.+ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.+ Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.+ Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.+ Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.+ Impact the quality of own work.+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.+ Exchangestraightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.**What you'll need**+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $29.81 hourly and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $44.71 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
