The member develops and leads activities that promote physical and mental well-being, recruits at-risk families to gain skills for healthier lifestyles, and encourages school and after-school program attendance, a key factor in long-term health outcomes. The member assists in implementing the BARR (Building Assets, Reducing Risks) program, expands family engagement initiatives, builds strong relationships with students, staff, and community partners, plans events, connects families with local resources, and strengthens partnerships with community organizations.
