Program Manager

Job Description: Manage the EPR program, including the timeline, resources, Risk/Assumption/Issue/Decision (RAID) items, communications plan, stakeholder management plan, and change management plan Manage/oversee multiple EPR projects, providing guidance, coaching, and support Define and maintain the EPR Program Roadmap, strategic plan, and program governance structure Develop, manage, and monitor EPR Product Owner team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and other key metrics Support team development and cohesiveness Create tailored presentations on various EPR topics for different audience levels (including executive-level presentations) Keep stakeholders engaged and informed, facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders Lead problem solves, when appropriate, to ideate on solutions for customer pain points Facilitate and coordinate content for EPR Quarterly Stakeholder meetings Own and maintain relevant SharePoint content and Confluence pagesbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
