Liqid Matrix software enables global organizations to accelerate the adoptionof AI, HPC and VDI by unlocking the bottleneck of GPU utilization and availability throughdynamic pooling and sharing of AI resources for higher performance with less total cost, lesspower and less hardware.About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager with a hardware andsoftware background to lead the development and production of our cutting-edge electronichardware products. In this role you will be overseeing all aspects of the product lifecycle, frominitial concept to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, includingengineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure timely and successful productlaunches.Key Responsibilities:Product Lifecycle Management: Own the product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, including product definition, design, development, production, and launchCross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product requirements, timelines, and deliverablesContract Manufacturer (CM) and ODM Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CMs and ODMs, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and quality standards are metRisk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the product development and production processBudget Management: Develop and manage budgets for product development and production, ensuring cost-effective solutionsQuality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure product reliability and customer satisfactionReporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on project status, performance metrics, and financial reports to senior managementWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field4 to 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the electronics hardware industryProven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completionDeep understanding of electronic hardware development processes, including design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing including some software experienceExperience working with contract manufacturers and OEMsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, Arena, Jira) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite 365)Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) a plusExperience working within a Stage/Phase Gate ProcessExperience with Agile methodologiesJoin Us:Embrace the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, driving innovation in a thriving industry.Apply now to shape the future of IT infrastructure with Liqid.
