We are looking for a Talent Assistant to support a Talent Publicist in Los Angeles. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment, are driven, and have strong communication and writing skills.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative duties including managing a high volume of calls, emails, scheduling, expenses, travel etc.Coordinate details for client photo shoots, press junkets, premieres including travel and glamMaintain digital press kitsService clients with digital breaksProcess client requests in a timely mannerProvide coverage for clients when neededREQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree, preferably in PR or CommunicationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointHighly organizedExceptional interpersonal, networking, organizational, verbal, and written communications skillsProactive and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentMeticulous attention to detailSelf-starters with the ability to multi-taskReliable: meets deadlines, prioritizes well, and has a high sense of urgencyStrong writing and proofreading skillsProfessional, confident and mature demeanorAble to anticipate needsStrong interest in the entertainment industry4 day in office requirementThe Lede Company is an equal opportunity employer.
