Client : NY Power AuthorityJob Title : E-Learning Developer – NYPALocation: Albany, NY | Hybrid – 3+ days onsiteDuration: 12 Months | Start: ImmediateExperience: 5–10 Years | W2 OnlyKey Requirements:5+ years of hands-on Articulate Rise/Storyline/Studio experience.Strong PowerPoint skills with storytelling, visual design, animation, and scenario-based learning.Experience developing eLearning/LMS courses and converting technical content into training solutions.Experience with Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere and video editing.Knowledge of SCORM 1.2, xAPI, AICC, and MP4 publishing.Ability to create learning objectives, scenarios, audio scripts, graphics, and interactive content.Strong project management, communication, organization, and ability to work independently.Bachelor’s degree in a learning-related field or significant relevant experience.eLearning portfolio required (Google Drive not accepted).Candidate Requirements:Must be local to the Tri-State area.W2 only; foreign national/visa status must be disclosed.Must be able to work onsite as required.NYPA provides desktop/workstation access, not laptops.
