Junior Operations Analyst

Providing business and client support services, the full-time Junior Operations Analyst will assist with incident resolution, technology adoption, and training end users while working remotely. Key responsibilities:Resolve incidents and provide white-glove support for executives while adhering to internal processes and SLAs Conduct audits and develop recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and quality Create operational standards and deliver engaging system presentations to internal teamsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a technical area preferred 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing support role Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data and operational processes Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
