We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) who align with our mission and core values.As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and daily living support to clients while promoting independence, dignity, and safety.Responsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, toiletingProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with mobility, transfers, and positioningPerform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)Observe and report changes in client conditionMaintain accurate and timely documentationRequirements:Active Florida Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (minimum 75 hours)Minimum 1 year of verifiable caregiving experienceValid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceCurrent CPR certificationAHCA Level II Background ScreeningPhysical and TB tests (within the past 6 months)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with dementia or Alzheimers careStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and follow care plansWhat We Offer:Flexible scheduling (morning, night, and weekend shifts available)Bi-weekly pay with direct depositOpportunities in private homes and facility settingsSupportive, team-oriented work environment
