Informatica Administrator RemoteWe are seeking an experienced Informatica Administrator. This is a critical role focused on administering and supporting the Informatica platform. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in platform management, system upgrades, and technical supportand thrives in a collaborative team environment. As part of a dedicated group of four Informatica Engineers/Admins, you'll participate in a rotating schedule for platform coverage and off-hours support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day administration of the Informatica platform, including configuration, monitoring, and performance tuningPlan and implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure platform stability and efficiencyProvide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting issues across environments and coordinating with Informatica support as neededAutomate routine maintenance tasks and improve operational efficiencyCollaborate with ETL developers, data engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and platform availabilityParticipate in an on-call rotation with the Informatica admin team to provide off-hours supportEnsure adherence to compliance, security, and operational best practicesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Informatica administrationDeep understanding of Informatica architecture (PowerCenter, IDQ, or other relevant tools)Experience performing version upgrades and applying patchesStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across platform, networking, and database layersFamiliarity with monitoring tools and automation scripts (e.g., Shell, Python, etc.)Experience working in cloud or hybrid environments a plusExcellent communication and documentation skillsMust be based in the U.S. (onshore support required)Preferred QualificationsExposure to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)Experience working in or migrating to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems like ServiceNowPrior experience supporting large-scale data environments
