Entry Level SMT Operator

VadaTech Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Entry Level SMT Operator. As an Entry Level SMT Operator, you will become responsible for operating and maintaining SMT machines, performing quality inspections, and ensuring efficient production of electronic components. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate SMT machines, including pick and place machines, solder paste screen printers, and reflow ovens Load components and solder paste onto SMT machines Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed Perform regular quality checks to ensure product compliance Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues Requirements Minimum of 6 months of experience operating SMT machines or similar machines in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of component types and packaging (e.g. BGA, SOICS, RES/CAP packages) helpful Experience with IPC Workmanship Standards Ability to interpret engineering drawings and documentation Strong attention to detail and quality orientation Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Benefits VadaTech offers competitive compensation and benefits which include: Medical Dental Vision Supplemental Health Insurance 125 Cafeteria Plan 401k with Employer Contribution Paid PTO Paid Holidays On-site Fitness Center VADATECH, INC.
