Every voice matters, every contribution creates impact, and each person is equipped to thrive.Apply today and join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Oceanside, CA, to be a vital part of a child's growth journey and make a lasting difference every day!ResponsibilitiesWork effectively in school, home or clinic settings while adapting strategies to each environmentImplement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBACollect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus)Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families and team membersParticipate in required training sessions, team meetings and supervision hoursSupport the generalization of client skills across multiple settings and caregiversEnsure compliance with all clinical, ethical and confidentiality standardsSkills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferredAbility to work 10 - 40 hours / weekValid California Class C driver's license, valid insurance, and own transportationStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and eager to learnRBT certification preferred - training available for qualified candidates!Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferredMust pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, take a TB test, and show proof of required vaccinations during our onboarding.
