Production Welder / Fabricator

At Fast Intentions Inc. we specialize in the manufacturing of high-performance automotive exhaust systems, as well as custom fabrication and welding. We are looking to add a motivated, self-starter to our production team. The ideal candidate will be reliable and positive and will represent our brand with integrity and professionalism. You must work well on a team, as well as be capable of working independently. You will need to be a quick learner of our processes and systems and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Job Type: Full Time Hourly Pay: $20 - 25 /hour based on experience. Health benefits are offered. Job Description: Production welding. Precision Tig weld 304 stainless steel daily. Fabricate / Assemble parts using jigs / fixtures. Operate Shop Tools – listed below. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Tig welder - minimum of 1 year Proficiency with metal working tools - drill press, angle grinder, band saw, disk grinder, read schematics & blueprints Proficiency in TIG welding (1 yr experience required) Ability to use a tape measure with accuracy and precision Ability to work using jigs / fixtures Problem solving in a fast-paced environment is required Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently is required Ability to follow all safety standards and directions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Work Location: In person
