OverviewA kind, fun-loving, active family in Paradise Valley, Arizona, who likes to travel, is seeking a full-time, live-in career nanny to care for their infant son, currently 8 months old. The family is seeking a polished professional who will be with them long-term and become a trusted and consistent presence within their home. This is an energetic household/mini farm with beloved pets and farm animals. The family has created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where friends and family gather and spend time together. The ideal candidate will enjoy being a part of it all. This is an excellent opportunity for an engaging and developmentally focused nanny who thrives in a dynamic, travel-oriented environment and values building a meaningful connection with the family they support. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate into the household, align with the family's values, and serve as a true extension of the parents, who are highly involved and hands-on. Due to the nature of the position, the general schedule will be flexible as the family's needs change. Proper time off will be given, and parental and familial childcare support will be provided. The family is in the process of adding a private suite for the nanny which includes a kitchenette and a separate entrance/exit. Relocation is being offered for the right candidate. ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:All aspects of full-charge childcareProvide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for the child Support developmental milestones through engaging, educational, and age-appropriate activities Maintain the child's routines, including meal plan/prep, food transitions, feeding, naps, hygiene, and overall well-being Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed Create a structured yet fun and enriching environment Collaborate closely with hands-on parents and maintain open communication Child-related housekeeping, including laundry, bottle/toy sanitation, and keeping the child's areas tidy and organized Foster a warm, positive, and stable presence within the household and while travelingTravel prep, pack/unpackMaintain a log and report any concerns to parentsTake the child on outings, walks, and out in nature (nanny car provided)Assist with scheduling child-related appointments, play-dates, and other engagementsIntroduce and encourage an additional languageQualificationsExtensive experience with infants to school-aged children, including deep knowledge of developmental milestones, sleep routines, feeding transitions, and early childhood developmentPrior experience working in private homes and traveling extensively with families Bilingual preferred, ideally fluent in Japanese, German, French, or Spanish Polished, professional, discreet, and emotionally intuitive Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable in an active household environment Long-term mindset with a genuine interest in becoming part of the family's support system Confident navigating changing schedules and a travel-heavy lifestyle Warm, engaging personality with a strong understanding of child development Truly passionate about children and being a part of their life's journeyRequirementsPrior experience in a similar positionMust be able to travel domestically and internationally for long periods of timeCPR certifiedStrong swimmer preferred.
