Surgical Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated per diem Surgical Technician to join our One Room Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery Center in Red Bank. Very friendly atmosphere. In this vital role, you will assist surgeons and healthcare professionals during surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and providing essential support throughout the operation. Monday to Friday only. Daytime hours. No nights/No Weekends/No Holidays. Duties Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterile, functional, and ready for use. Assist surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and other sterile supplies during procedures with precision and efficiency. Maintain strict aseptic technique throughout all phases of surgery to prevent infection and ensure patient safety. Support patient care by preparing patients for surgery, including positioning and skin preparation according to protocol. Follow infection control protocols rigorously to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Experience Proven experience working as a Surgical Technician in hospital settings or ambulatory surgery centers is essential. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory and Certified Surgical Technologist Certificate Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery experience preferred Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
