This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct driver check-ins and assist with dispatch coordinationReview delivery photos and verify delivery completion detailsManage schedules and update dispatch information as neededRespond professionally to incoming calls and emailsCommunicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teamsMaintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on issuesPrioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyQualificationsPrevious customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiency and email management skillsDependable attendance and punctualityPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAdditional InformationBusiness casual attire requiredNo leggings or athletic wear permittedOvertime available during peak operational periodsReliability and professionalism are essential for success in this role
