Hiring: Program Analyst – Business & Site ReadinessWe are seeking a Program Analyst to support Business & Site Readiness activities for a large-scale enterprise rollout initiative. This role will focus on program coordination, readiness tracking, governance reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure successful go-live execution.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack program milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and readiness activitiesCoordinate with business teams, SCRUM teams, and project stakeholdersPrepare executive status reports, dashboards, and KPI updatesSupport go-live readiness reviews and governance meetingsMaintain program documentation and reporting visibility across workstreamsRequired SkillsExperience as a Program Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar roleStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Agile/SCRUM environmentsHands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, or Power BIStrong communication and executive reporting abilitiesPreferredExperience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, or rollout programsPMP, Scrum, or PMO certifications are a plus
